Shipping & Return

• Stock & Payment: Orders are processed and dispatched only after the product is confirmed in stock and paid in full (including all applicable freight and delivery surcharges). No goods will be dispatched under partial payments or pending transfers.
• Dispatch Timeframes: Orders paid in full for in-stock items are typically dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days.

• Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business days
• Regional VIC: 3-5 business days
• Sydney Metro: 2-3 business days
• Regional NSW: 3-5 business days
• Brisbane Metro: 2-3 business days
• Regional QLD: 5-7 business days
• Adelaide: 2-3 business days
• Tasmania: 2-3 business days
• North Territory: 7-14 business days
• Western Australia: 7-14 business days

Large, heavy, or bulky items requiring two or more people to handle will be securely palletized or crated for transport.

• Business Address Requirement: Standard freight rates cover delivery to a commercial business address with a forklift on site available to unload during business hours.
• Residential Deliveries & Surcharges:If a commercial address with a forklift is unavailable, additional surcharges will apply for Residential Delivery and/or Tailgate Lift Fees.Any extra delivery charges incurred due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, re-delivery, or lack of unloading equipment will be billed directly to the customer.
• Depot Pickup Option: If a commercial address with a forklift is not available, we will make every effort to arrange delivery to the nearest freight depot relative to the residential address provided, where you can arrange collection.

At MCC 4x4 Accessories, we strive to ensure all orders dispatched from our warehouse are in perfect condition. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at admin@mcc4x4.com with your invoice number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

If a product has a major defect, failure, or safety issue under normal operating conditions:

• You are entitled to choose a refund, replacement (where available), or compensation for the drop in value.
• If a refund is approved, it will cover the purchase price of the product.
• Note: Faults resulting from misuse, improper installation, off-road abuse outside product limits (e.g., water ingress from deep wading), or normal wear and tear are not covered.

We are not legally required to offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong product. However, at our discretion, discretionary returns may be approved under the following strict conditions:

• Timeframe: The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date.
• Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in 100% resalable condition.
• Restocking Fee: Approved discretionary returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (to cover administration, inspection, and transaction fees).
• Freight: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The Customer is entirely responsible for booking and paying all return freight fees.

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind):

• Custom/Specially ordered items or items placed on backorder.
• Products that have been fitted, modified, painted, or altered in any way.
• Clearance or run-out items.

• Transit Damage & Missing Items: Any damage caused during transport or missing componets must be reported in writing to admin@mcc4x4.com or contact us with in 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by celar pohtos of the damage and packaging with product labels.
• Authorisation: Do not send items back without approval. All returns require a written Return Authorisation from MCC 4x4.
• Packaging: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure returned items are securely packaged. Items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will be rejected or assessed for diminished value.
• Freight & Handling:Returns must include proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt).

For interstate or heavy freight returns where standard courier pickup is unavailable, the customer is responsible for securely palletising the product for forklift accessibility.
